What takes place in the edit suite? Picture editing, audio editing, color correction, color enhancement, sound effects, graphic, titles, animations, sound effects, music mixing, voice-over recording, file conversions, DVD authoring and file uploading are all parts of editing.

Tucked away deep inside Azbell Electronics is our AVID HD Media Composer Nonlinear Editing System. Anyone familiar with editing and post production knows the AVID name. While there are many systems out there, and many different editing rates, at some point it all comes down to the experience of the operator and the people doing the work. A high-powered machine is nothing without the knowledge and experience to run it. We have editors and graphic artists who are able to deal with and solve each new challenge that our clients throw at us.

Our AVID HD system can capture footage from virtually all file-based camera formats as well as many video tape formats such as: BetaSP, Betacam, DVCPro, DVCam, DV, MII, S-VHS, etc. We are mulit-formated, and can add other VTR’s as needed.

The AVID can handle HD & SD projects, and even mix formats together in the same project. We have true HD & SD broadcast level monitors in the suite so you can view your project on something other than a computer screen or consumer TV.
